Please read and take note of the following rules that apply to the site and to my designs.

  1. The Orders
    - I will not accept inappropriate orders. i.e. Designs comprising direction to sites which would be considered illegal or rated "R".
    - I will also refuse to make designs which are hurtful towards another person or could be offensive.
    All other orders will be accepted.

  2. The Designs
    - A Link back to Expecting Eye Designs is necessary when using my designs whether it be via text link or button link.
    - My designs have "Designed by Expecting Eye Designs" on them for a reason as they are subject to copyright.
    - Please DO NOT remove the link back to my site from the sidebar on all coded layouts, email forms and other scripts.
    - Please do not send me "screencaps" of the images you wish to use and expect me to create a nice design. Quality images only.

  3. Payment
    - If paying using PayPal, Please purchase in Australian Dollars as this is the only currency I accept at this time.
    - I develope the designs up to a certain point and will continue them in order of payment recieved.

  4. The Tag Board
    The Tag Board is there for people to leave their comments and just have a chat. Please do not use this inappropriatly as I will Ban any IP addresses if Needed.

  5. You
    Please Note I am a Busy person and don't have time to work with picky people who are never pleased. I am willing to change certain aspects of your design to fit your likes, but I just don't have the time to continuly re-do the designs.
